Josef Kriegmair works as Representative Production Turbine Blade / Structure Castings at MTU Aero Engines AG Center Production. His main task has been the development and implementation of digital process chains and manufacturing intelligence systems for turbine blades and structure castings since 2010. Prior to that, he was in production engineering with a focus on technology development for production and for maintenance, repair and overhaul. He hold roles in logistics and plant maintenance at MTU Aero Engines from 1997 to 2001. Josef started in technical procurement at MTU. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering focus Production Technology and a degree in Industrial Engineering focus Project Management and Technology Management.

As Neste’s VP of Sustainability, she focuses primarily on realigning Neste’s sustainability priorities and ensures they are integrated to the business strategy. Recent milestones: publishing the new sustainability vision as part of company strategy and the approval of the climate strategy to reach carbon-neutral production by 2035 (one of the company’s strategic priorities). To support this, a roadmap has been developed, many steps already implemented, including changing the investment criteria supportive of climate targets and linking the targets to executive remuneration.

Eric Peeters
Eric Peeters is the Vice President for Sustainability Performance Materials & Coatings Business Segment, responsible for setting and implementing a holistic sustainability strategy to bring sustainability into the core of the activities and develop an overall growth-oriented approach. Peeters joined Dow Corning in 1992, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company since June 1st, 2016, in Barry, UK. Over the course of his almost-30-year career, he has served in a number of science and business leadership roles in the U.S. and Europe. He headed the solar business from 2008 to 2012, was named Vice President of Dow Corning’s Electronics Solutions in 2012 and in 2014 became Vice President for Dow Corning’s Emulsions, Blends, Powders and Lubricants Business. In 2017 he was named Global Business Director for Dow’s Home & Personal Care business, holding the P&L and balance sheet responsibility for this business. Peeters is a Board Member and the Treasurer for the American Cleaning Institute. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Energy Materials Industrial Research Initiative. He has a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, and a master’s in technology enterprise degree from the IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Michael Scharpf
Michael Scharpf is Head Sustainable Construction at Holcim Germany, one of Germany's leading manufacturers of building solutions & materials and a subsidiary of the world's leading construction materials group, Holcim Ltd.
Michael Scharpf worked as a mason before studying architecture at the Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany and at the UNL - University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA. He holds an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz, Germany and is a graduate of the WBCSD – World Business Council for Sustainable Development Leadership Programme in partnership with Yale University.
After assuming several positions as an architect and project manager, he joined the international consultancy firm Arcadis where he established the sustainable construction division. The unit performed consultancy services on energy use and resource efficient, safe and comfortable buildings, and conducted BREEAM, DGNB and LEED certifications.
In this position, Michael was a founding member of the DGNB - German Sustainable Building Council in 2007 where he participated in the first-time development of the German Green Building Label. He is a DGNB Auditor and a BREEAM DE Accredited Professional.
Michael Scharpf is Vice-Chair of the CSC – Concrete Sustainability Council, the globally leading certification scheme for responsibly sourced concrete, cement and aggregates. As CSC co-founder and chair of the Technical Committee, he contributed to the successful deployment of the CSC certification system.

Sebastian Bartels spearheads the global sustainability services at DEKRA, guiding organizations in formulating and attaining their sustainability objectives and strategies. With an extensive background in safety and environmental engineering, Sebastian oversees DEKRA's comprehensive suite of sustainability services, including testing, inspection, certification, verification, training, and advisory, across Energy Transition, ESG, and Circular Economy/Product Sustainability sectors. Directly responsible for overseeing areas such as planning, procurement and sustainability for Crafting & Supply and it’s ~14,000 employees. Member of the Pandora Sustainability Board, chair of the Responsible Sourcing Committee and business owner of the Responsible Sourcing Program. Jose Antonio is Head of Sustainability at Airbus Defence and Space, responsible for defining and implementing the Airbus sustainability ambition within the division in line with Airbus´ company purpose “We pioneer sustainable aerospace for a safe and united World”.
Being born in Mexico, the passion of sustainability started as he came often in contact with the negative effects of humans on the environment. After studying Industrial and Systems Engineering, worked in the automotive sector and then explored the consumer products industry, the drive to do more on sustainability kept on growing. Therefore, he moved to Germany to study a Masters degree on Environmental Engineering with focus in energy economics and material flow management. Since 2010 he has worked at Airbus, in different sites, countries, divisions and functions. He strongly believes that sustainability is a behaviour and a culture that must be adopted by the industry, governments and society and there is no time to waste.

Born in Germany, he gained international experience with multinational companies in the USA and Australia. After working in logistics, renewable energies and medical technology, Jonas spent three and a half years supporting clients as a management consultant. His main focus was on digital innovation and transformation as well as sustainability, especially in the area of strategic sourcing. Following his passion for innovation and sustainability, he joined SiGREEN in 2021 as Head of Business Development to drive decarbonization by making the carbon footprint of products actionable.
Gunter Beitinger
Dr.-Ing.Dipl.Wirt.-Ing. Gunter Beitinger studied industrial engineering and business administration. After 5 years as a research collaborator at the University of Erlangen, he started his career in 1999 with Siemens and held since then various responsibilities in countries like Mexico and USA and in different operational companies like SIEMENS VDO Automotive, Siemens Healtheneers, Process and Drives (PD) and now Digital Industry (DI). He worked as a Management Consultant, as Director of Industrial Engineering and Plant Manager for a Motor Plant in Mexico. His current role is Senior Vice President Manufacturing of the Business Unit Factory Automation at the Operational Company Digital Factory and he leads in this function several plants. He’s also responsible for the factory digital transformation at Siemens level and heads the Product Carbon Footprint / SiGREEN department and the chairman of the board of directors of the ESTAINIUM Association.

As a former sustainability strategy and communication consultant I specialised in sustainability strategy and reporting, public affairs, stakeholder relations, project management and strategic communication.

Anna Lidbom is Head of the Department of Sustainable Development at LKAB Group, focusing on environment, energy and climate, biodiversity, safety, and social sustainability. Anna has a Master of Political Science, long experience from the sustainability field as well as in public administration and strategic communication. Before joining LKAB, she worked for the Swedish Governmental Offices and as a sustainability strategy consultant. Anna lives in Stockholm and Kiruna in Sweden.
Marco Schlimpert

Marco Schlimpert studied at University of Technology Vienna and INSA Rouen and graduated as Master in Industrial and Mechanical Engineer. Marco Schlimpert is certified Integral Systemic and Constellation Coach. He is academic lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Steyr and at the University of Techology in Vienna. Heiko Dahms
Heiko Dahms is the Lead Operations Sustainability Program Director for Dow Germany. In this role, he leads a Sustainability Project Steering Committee developing and implementing sustainable operations projects at Dow’s large German manufacturing sites. The role is an integrated part of the Dow Sustainability implementation strategy coordinating decarbonization projects across Dow’s large EU sites. Heiko also serves as Dow member at the CEFIC Health Safety Environment, Responsible Care and Supply Chain Program Council. Heiko joined Dow in 1992 as research engineer to lead the R&D operations of a pilot plant. Over the course of his almost-30-year career, he has served in a number of operations, science and technology leadership roles in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. Prior to his current role, he had a global leadership position as Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability Technology Director for Dow Chemical. Dahms holds a Masters degree in process technology from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dr. Wolfgang Klasen
Security at Siemens until February 2022 and is now active as Senior Advisor for Security of Embedded Systems, Industry 4.0, and IoT. He studied Mathematics and Physics in Germany and locations within the USA. Wolfgang has been active for many years in international research and development projects on definition and realization of IT security architectures and security standards for networks and applications. He has been contributing with his teams to ISO, IEC, JTC1, ITU, ETSI, and the IETF on Security topics. Wolfgang is convenor of ISO TC 292 WG4 „Authenticity, Integrity and Trust for Products and Documents “, member of the ISO TMBG Smart Manufacturing Coordination Committee, and board member of the German DIN NIA national body. He also is active regarding Industrial Security within the German Plattform Industrie 4.0 and the German ZVEI association focussing on supply chain trustworthiness and security topics.
Florian Ansgar Jaeger
Florian Ansgar Jaeger, Senior Key Expert and Head of Carbon Accounting at SiGREEN, has been in several functions within research and development at Siemens Technology and Siemens Digital Industries since 2011. He has a wide expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology and currently focuses on driving primary data based product carbon foot printing along the supply chain. Apart from methodology research and software development in this field, he is working in several cross-industry groups such as in WBCSD, WEF, ESTAINIUM and Catena-X. His background is Environmental Engineering. He studies at TU Berlin and at UNEP-Institute at Tongji University (Shanghai).
Niels Angel
Niels Angel, Senior Manager Purchasing Strategy at BMW Group, currently leads the Catena-X activities regarding sustainability and carbon emissions measurement in the supply chain. He has been with BMW since 1999, working in various functions in purchasing and finance, most recently heading the department responsible for sustainability in the supply chain. His background is in engineering and business studies, having studied at the university of Kaiserlautern in Germany and Birmingham university in the UK.
Maria Degener
Maria Degener is the Brewery Operations Director for the Business Unit Central Europe for Anheuser-Busch InBev, the leading global brewer with approximately 164 000 colleagues based in nearly 50 countries worldwide and over 500 brands, including Budweiser®, Corona® and Stella Artois®. She is responsible for our breweries in Germany with a talented team that is ~1800 strong brewing the highest quality beer day in and day out.
She joined AB InBev as a Global Management Trainee in 2009 and went on to hold brewery optimization and packaging management roles at the Beck’s Brewery in Bremen, Germany and later at the company’s Los Angeles Budweiser brewery. In 2016 Maria moved to New York and led internal communications through the company’s historic combination with SABMiller and then took over the role of Global People Director for Supply and Logistics before assuming her current role.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
James Lundström
James has been with Volvo Cars since 2001 and held multiple positions within Product Creation, Quality and Customer Satisfaction and Corporate functions, with a continuous focus on environmental and sustainability subjects. He is currently the leading the implementation of Circular Economy into our future products and business, from design and product creation to service and end of life. His work focuses on strategy development, as well as joint activities on targets, objectives and KPIs to drive the company’s efforts forward. James has previously worked with environmental policy development, both internally as well as externally with regulators and the broader industry.
Adam Björk
Adam Björk is Head of Environmental Sustainability at Volvo Construction Equipment and based in Göteborg, Sweden. In his global role Adam is working cross-functionally within Volvo CE to define and execute on the company’s sustainability strategies. Education wise, Adam has a M.Sc. in Environmental Science from the University of Göteborg with the focus on environmental chemistry. Adam has 20+ years experience from working with environmental sustainability and compliance topics both within the car industry and the heavy duty truck/machine industry. During his career he has been working with e.g. environmental product development, production related sustainability topics and sustainable supply chains. Adam believes a key factor in taking sustainability to the next level is to involve the employees in the work and inspire the stakeholders, internally as well as externally, to be part of our journey towards a sustainable business.

Stefan is Sr. Global Director Communications & Sustainability at Novanta. In his global role, Stefan is working to further develop environmental sustainability across all business units. After completing his state examens in Biology and Sports, Stefan started his career in 1991 at WORLD OF MEDICINE GMBH (WOM) in Berlin. There he held various responsible positions such as Head of Global Marketing leading Product Management, Operative and Strategic Marketing. In 2015, he began to develop and integrate sustainability at WOM. Novanta acquired WOM in 2017 and he was appointed to lead Communications & Sustainability at Novanta in 2019, reporting to Novanta’s CHRO.
Dr. Jacques Ragot
Dr. Jacques Ragot leads the Sustainability and Public Affairs department for EMLA in Covestro, a global leader in high-performance chemicals and polymers.
His role in Covestro is to drive the transformation to become a fully circular, climate-neutral company. Covestro has integrated Sustainability, Circular Economy, Government Affairs and Advocacy at regional levels in order to drive strong focus and activities internally and externally to support business and global strategy and position Covestro as a sustainability leader in the chemical industry and its markets.
A chemist by education, Jacques Ragot worked in the USA in the field of research and obtained his doctorate in the UK. Since 2000 in Germany, he has worked in the Bayer group, successively taking on different roles in the Pharma research, to Product Stewardship and Public Affairs. In 2015 he led the global Governmental Affairs function of Covestro.
Florent Bouguin
Florent Bouguin is the Chief Technology Officer at OPTEL Group. Florent is a research and development executive with substantive experience in developing new technologies and business solutions that measure and reduce human impacts on our global environment. After graduating from Polytechnique (Orleans, France) and completing graduate studies at Laval University (Quebec, Canada), Florent worked as a System Engineer for ABB in the space industry. Holding several technical and management roles over the course of 15 years, he contributed to developing spaceborne analysers for greenhouse gas observation, weather forecast prediction and ozone measurement. He joined OPTEL group, a BCorp certified organization, in 2016 as Vice President of Engineering and Operations, where he has been participating in the expansion of the business in the life science industry. Currently the Chief Technology Officer, Florent drives the technology and go-to-market strategy of OPTEL group, whose corporate vision is a connected world providing full transparency and optimized performance, encouraging social and environmental responsibility and accountability while earning the trust of consumers. As a member of the Executive Committee, Florent collaborates with the president and Executive Committee to define the vision and set corporate strategy, goals and policies. Alfred Roudaut
Alfred is a passionate Sustainability and Business Leader with an expertise on how digital can foster the environmental transition of its customers. After several years acting as a sales leader for multiple global large accounts at Orange Business, Alfred moved to the Sustainability Office – under the Strategy Office – to take care of the European sustainability strategic expansion. Michaela Thiel
Michaeal Thiel has been Head of Sustainability for the Körber Group since 2021, an international technology group with around 12,000 employees and headquarter in Hamburg. In one and a half years, she has developed and implemented a sustainability strategy together with the sustainability managers of the five business areas, published the first sustainability report and established a sustainability culture in the Group.
Mrs. Thiel holds a degree in business administration. Before joining the Körber Group in 2015, she held various positions in technology and innovation management as well as marketing in companies, research institutes and consulting.

Since joining Shell in 2001, Andrew has held a broad range of local, regional and global roles covering marketing, brand strategy, business development, business process design, and business opportunity management across multiple Shell businesses, including Renewable Energy Solutions, Lubricants, Commercial Fuels, Retail, Specialties, and Brand. Andrew brings unparalleled experience across to Shell to design tailor-made strategies to help customers in the sector reach their long-term sustainability targets. His team focuses on developing roadmaps of solutions available across Shell, then works with key customers and suppliers to implement them in the short, medium and long term. Andrew is also passionate about Purpose and how organisations can incorporate Purpose to drive better outcomes for employees, customers, and society. Harco brings in a wealth of executive search and international business growth experience, having been a Director of Michael Page in Germany and Managing Director for Badenoch & Clark Germany and the Netherlands. More recently, Harco set up his own executive search boutique, focusing on Sustainability, Renewable Energy and Clean Technology. Harco holds an MBA, having graduated in Corporate Social Responsibility at the prestigious Henley Management College (Henley-on-Thames, U.K.). Her expertise lies in production, logistics, and supply chain planning and optimization. Based on this she specializes in ESG in operations, digital planning, and process management. Dr. Sigurd Buchholz
Sigurd Buchholz is Head of Sustainability at Bayer Crop Science Product Supply. He is based in Monheim, Germany and is working across all global operations of Bayer Crop Science Product Supply to evolve and operationalize Bayer’s Sustainability strategy.
Sigurd graduated from the University in Bochum as a chemist and received a Ph.D. in Industrial Chemistry and he always had a passion for sustainability and strived to do “more with less” throughout his career at Bayer. Sigurd can build on more than 20 years of global experience in product supply as well as research & process development in the chemicals industry.
Contributing to sustainable development is not only a core element of Bayer’s corporate strategy, it is also a strong personal driver for Sigurd. He is passionate to interact with internal and external stakeholders to promote inclusive growth and a responsible use of resources.
Thomas Lueder
In his current role Thomas is leading the supply chain initiative to transition the Product offering of Beckers Group into a sustainable business model. Until recently he has been heading global procurement in Beckers for 15 years, he has lead the creation of group procurement and group supply chain. Today Beckers procurement team proudly holds the position of a global top performer in sustainable procurement as rated by Ecovadis. Thomas is a member of Beckers Sustainability Council since its creation in 2011. Together with R&D he has initiated the Beckers Renewable Carbon Raw Material Initiative, the key assignment of his current position. Thomas is a Chemical engineer by education and holds a PhD in mechanical Engineering. Before joining Beckers he has held positions in process development and corporate procurement at Adhesives and CPG multinational Henkel in Germany and Austria.
Clémentine Lannes
Since the end of 2022, I have been working as the Group Environmental Manager for BMI. I have 13 years experience in HSE, always driven by improving the impacts of Industry on humans and the environment in international companies.
One of the most interesting aspects of my current and past positions is to work at Group level on projects close to the manufacturing plants. We need to build tools and communications for HSE improvements, always keeping in mind the reality of industrial operations. Adding to that the fact that this happens in an international context, makes it even more exciting.
I took the position of BMI Group Environmental Manager because building its Environmental Roadmap is certainly one of the most interesting challenges I could have.
Regarding my personal biography, I am French and live near Paris with Bertrand, Augustin, Bérénice, Molki and Loki (one husband, two children, two cats)!
Erin Williamson
Erin partners with clients to deliver sustainability solutions with an eye toward strategic decarbonization and navigating each client’s unique business needs. Her key areas of focus include building ambitious goals and targets, developing greenhouse gas inventories throughout the value chain, and finding best-fit decarbonization opportunities by leveraging Edison’s internal expertise.
Prior to joining Edison, Erin led the greenhouse gas management program in the corporate environmental sustainability office at Northrop Grumman, where she facilitated the company’s first Virtual Power Purchase Agreement, developed the next-generation climate goal process, and managed the maturing of the company’s sustainability inventory over several years. She also served as the Deputy Lead, and later Lead, of the Greenhouse Gas Management Work Group (WG3) of the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG), including leading the development of an industry-first reporting guidance and tool for the aerospace and defense industry on Scope 3 Purchased Goods & Services and Capital Goods categories. IAEG recognized Erin with the 2019 Excellence Award in 2019 for her contributions to WG3.
She earned a Master’s of Environmental Science and Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara Bren School, as well as undergraduate degrees in International Affairs and History from Florida State University.
Paul Kennedy
Paul Kennedy is Zero Carbon Director at Danone: global food and beverage leader bringing health through food, in a sustainable way, to as many people as possible. Paul previously led Sustainability for Danone’s Specialized Nutrition category in the Netherlands with a background in engineering, Paul formerly led pioneering decarbonisation projects at Danone’s strategic factory Wexford in Ireland. Paul currently leads the Re-Fuel program; Danone’s energy excellence acceleration program driving efficiency and the transition to renewable power. From 2015 Danone reduced scope 1 & 2 emissions by 48.3% with around 70% of electricity from renewable sources. In 2022 Danone was amongst the first companies to have a validated Forest Land and Agricultural 1.5 Science Based Target with a scope 1 & 2 target to further reduce emissions by 47.2% from 2020-2030.
Christian Eschauzier
Currently working as the global Director Environment at AkzoNobel where he is responsible to drive the Environmental agenda of AkzoNobel’s active manufacturing locations and Environmental Liability Management. Where the first one relates to for example development of meaningful corporate driven programs to reduce relevant Aspects and impacts (Carbon footprint, Waste, Water, etc) and environmental compliance (e.g. CSRD) the latter relates to remediation design, execution and closure/exit strategies of (often old) environmental liabilities. He has boots on the ground Environmental and CSR experience from his years in the mining sector in DRC, Africa. Christian holds a PhD in environmental chemistry, with a focus on water quality and specialization in per- and polyfluroalkyl substances (PFAS) and a MSc and BSc in Environmental sciences.

After a M. Sc. in Engineering, I started working in FMCG with Procter&Gamble Beauty Care manufacturing progressing from Process Engineer to Operations Manager. I soon started to develop an interest in business development and project management as Global Initiative Manager. The passion for product innovation stayed with me in the transition to SCA/Essity where, after a first role as OpEx Manager, I have navigated through tissue Products Innovation from Regional to European to Global level. Today I merge Innovation and Sustainability ensuring that new products have a positive contribution to social and environmental sustainability.

Dr. Daniela Kölsch
Dr. Daniela Kölsch is the Head of Sustainability Performance Measurement at Bayer AG. She is responsible for measuring and managing sustainability metrics within the company. This includes the (further) development, collection, and auditing of metrics on corporate level. These metrics are used in internal processes such as compensation. Additionally, the metrics are made available for external reporting. Daniela leverages her extensive experience in quantifying sustainability at both product and corporate levels, along with associated consulting & auditing expertise.
Paula Galbiatti Silveira
Paula Galbiatti Silveira has been with Enhesa since 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree, a Master of Law degree, a Doctorate of Law in Brazil and Germany, and is a Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance. She now proudly supports the team as the Subject Matter Expert in Products, Sustainability & ESG. By providing the most up-to-date regulations for companies to comply with EHS and product compliance matters and the most forward-looking documents and recommendations in sustainability & ESG, Paula strives to get companies closer to their sustainability goals. Paula enjoys working in the Enhesa environment with fantastic colleagues and and a topic she is passionate about. Working at Enhesa provides a unique opportunity for self-development while helping clients make a difference. The ESG topic she is most passionate about is nature protection in general, particularly climate, energy, and biodiversity. She has published an article on anti-greenwashing rules in ESG and contributed to several Sustainability and ESG topics on the Enhesa blog, for example, the Must-know sustainability and ESG terms. When asked about her hopes and vision for the future, Paula said, “To change business-as-usual and achieve sustainability for present and future generations within the planetary boundaries.” Paula believes that her work at Enhesa and the work of her peers will continue to shape the direction of companies toward a sustainable future.
Olga Rivas Castillón
Marina Dorileo leads the content expansion of Enhesa beyond Environmental, Health, and Safety. As the Content Innovation Lead at Enhesa, she has the opportunity to learn something new every day and engage with the most diverse stakeholders, internally and externally. She also ensures that the products developed align with her client’s needs and ultimately help them become more sustainable organizations. Her work significantly impacts multinational companies worldwide, empowering them to operate in a socially responsible and environmentally conscious manner.
Marina and her team recently completed the development of content sets that focus on product compliance, but they are not stopping there. They are actively working on expanding Enhesa’s offer on sustainability.
The first content she developed focused on worldwide best practices around sustainability. Now the team is focusing on building an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) product focusing on jurisdiction-specific content and helping clients navigate the fast-expanding mandatory sustainability reporting regulations worldwide. Through the content she puts together, Marina contributes to Enhesa’s mission of assisting clients in positively impacting the environment, their employees, and the communities they operate in.

He serves leading Manufacturing Companies with 20+ years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing and Operations Consulting positions. Reinhard Geissbauer supports industrial companies in their sustainability transformation, from developing a sustainable product portfolio, implementing sustainable production systems to optimizing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes. He has vast experience in developing sustainability strategies and implementing hands-on solutions in smart manufacturing, the end-to-end integrated supply chain and sustainable service innovation including new, data driven service business models. Olli Kuismanen
Olli has been responsible for developing Tamturbo Air-as-a-Service business since its inception in 2017. Before embarking on a PhD on the topic of industrial equipment-as-a-Service he was also responsible for Tamturbo global sales. Currently he works to help customers become sustainable by helping modernize compressor rooms with no CAPEX usage – sharing the available energy savings in compressed air electricity and waste heat reuse.

Stephanie Thery
With over 20 years of cross-functional experience in Environment Health and Safety, Sustainability and Continuous Improvement, Stephanie is a promoter of Safety and Sustainability as core ways of working across all levels and organizations. Through a dual career in continuous improvement and EHS, Stephanie has achieved process and culture changes with substantial financial, safety and environmental impacts in Manufacturing fields, leading changes from production site to corporate levels. Her deep care for people safety started with the loss of a colleague at work. Since that moment, she decided to devote her career to EHS. Currently Head of Global Manufacturing Sustainability at Philip Morris International, she has built a high professional, diverse and inclusive team, with key contributions toward PMI’s leading position in DJSI, as well as CDP AAA rating. Stephanie has an Industrial Processes Engineering background (INSA, CH) and recently completed an Executive MBA in Innovation (EPFL, CH). System thinker and passionate about developing people capabilities, she continuously applies operational excellence to all sustainability dimensions.
Adam Björk
Adam Björk is Sustainability Director at Husqvarna Construction and has more than 20 years of experience working with sustainability topics in the vehicle- and machine industry sectors, during the last 10 years in global senior leadership positions. Adam holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Science from the University of Gothenburg and started his career in Automotive working with Environmental Product Development with emphasis on sustainable materials and recycling. During his career he has also worked with regulatory affairs, EHS, quality management and public affairs. Adam is a promoter of global networking and believes that embedding sustainability and involving people on the sustainability journey is key in driving sustainable transformation.
Olga Rivas
Olga has extensive experience as a technical professional specialising in design, development, implementation, evaluation and training in the field of sustainability, environment and energy, with a particular focus on audit and verification principles.
She has 25 years of experience advising and auditing organisations on environmental, energy and health and safety risks. Olga has contributed significantly to driving cultural change in organisations. She has been involved in sustainability reporting and non-financial data verification projects, including extensive interaction at board level with leading companies on climate change, energy, sustainability verification and certification issues.
Qualifications
Olga has a degree in chemical sciences, engineering and environmental management, and is a recognised sustainability expert. She is a regular participant in sustainability-related certification and accreditation forums. She is also a frequent contributor to global sustainability conference programmes.
Peter Walsh
Peter has 30 years experience across the environmental, health safety and sustainability domains. He has worked with clients to design and implement management plans, to optimize EHS and Sustainability outcomes, and deliver improved business outcomes. Peter has developed specialized expertise in the application of technology to Sustainability and ESG, including evaluation of system options, solution design, platform deployment and driving business value. He has extensive knowledge of the sustainability and ESG reporting and disclosure frameworks, and helps guide clients in the development of organizational capability to meet these requirements
Maaike van ‘t Zand
Maaike van ‘t Zand is currently responsible for the sustainable integrated supply chain and sites program to lower the environmental footprint of Philips. She leads transformations to sustainable results, by connecting the end-to-end value chain from innovation, marketing & sales to the integrated supply chain. Her focus is on people, process and performance. She is a Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering, Master in Marketing and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. She has experience in aerospace, consumer goods and health tech, of which the last 18 years at Philips. She is passionate about sustainability and sailing.
Jelena Stamenkovski
Jelena has more than 20 years’ experience in cement operational excellence and holds a master degree in Process Engineering from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Skopje , North Macedonia. She started her career in 2004 as Quality engineer in Titan cement plant in Skopje. In 2008 she joined Holcim group in Holcim Serbia cement plant in Popovac, since then was holding various positions in process, production and industrial performance as expert and manager. In the period from 2017 to 2022 she was working in operational excellence department leading the industrial transformation by supporting international expert networking in implementation of cement plant standard operating model. Currently hold position in Plants of Tomorrow team in Decarbonisation function in Holcim as a Group process expert working on leading the Industry 4.0 technology process product portfolio. Trough Plants of tomorrow program, Holcim is boosting the competitive edge of its operations and products and optimizing its environmental footprint.
Scott Lofthouse
One of the complex challenges within the circular economy environment is the reverse logistics process: Without the used parts from the market (so-called “cores”), which serve as the raw material to production, there is no circular economy. The efficient handling of these logistics processes is in the responsibility of Scott and his team. The plant in Bielefeld operates within the Commercial Vehicle Sector of the extensive ZF Group. 50 tonnes of used truck clutches are sorted and passed on for production per day. Over the course of a year this is the equivalent of the weight of the Eiffel tower.
